style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> nel anno 2016, con bambini di diverse scuole nel paese dove ho scelto, insieme alla mia famiglia di vivere tante belle esperienze, questo paese si chiama Noto, nella 2003 e sono diventata mamma nel 2007. Il mio percorso come yogi \u00e8 iniziato nel 2011 e da l\u00ec non ho smesso mai perch\u00e9 il mio corpo e il mio spirito sanno dei tutti i <\/span><b>benefici che si ottengono facendo yoga<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ho iniziato a fare <\/span><b>lezioni di yoga<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> nella scuola nel 2016, in diverse associazioni&nbsp; e privatamente di forma individuale e a piccoli gruppi:&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Di bambini,&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">adolescenti,&nbsp;<\/span>di famiglie e&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">di coppie;&nbsp;<\/span>in studio,&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a casa,&nbsp;<\/span>in piazza,&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">al mare,&nbsp;<\/span>in palestra&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">e&nbsp;<\/span>all&#8217;aperto.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mi sono diplomata come <\/span><b>insegnante di yoga per bambini<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> nell&#8217;anno 2017, con l&#8217;Associazione Italiana di Yoga per bambini.&nbsp;<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aiyb.it\/\" target=\"_blank\">Ayib&nbsp;<\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tra Firenze e
