Le lezioni di yoga si svolgono in un posto tranquillo (nella stanza o all\u2019aperto) in piccoli gruppi, dove imparano degli esercizi di respirazione, di rilassamento, giocano e soprattutto si divertono a fare delle posizioni e ascoltare musica, suoni della natura e del proprio corpo.<strong><br><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><script async=\"\" src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 336px; height: 280px;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4661975577252996\" data-ad-slot=\"1477353655\"><\/ins> <script><br \/>\n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});<br \/>\n<\/script><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Cosi durante le lezioni di Yoga dove si <strong>gioca<\/strong> e si <strong>balla<\/strong>, si <strong>canta<\/strong> e si raccontano delle belle storie, i bambini <strong>stimolano la creativit\u00e0<\/strong>, la memoria e l\u2019immaginazione. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Attivano la <strong>espressione<\/strong>, la <strong>concentrazione<\/strong> e allo stesso tempo imparano degli istrumenti di vita che gli aiuteranno in altri spazi della sua esistenza. Mediti, impari a dominare la mente, staccarsi dei capricci del momento. Grazie allo yoga puoi <strong>guardare al interno<\/strong>, cercando quello che e veramente importante per te, e si finisce per trovarlo. Questo \u00e8 molto pi\u00f9 di quanto pu\u00f2 dire la maggior parte delle persone.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Una volta che sapete che cosa \u00e8 dentro di voi, qual \u00e8 il campo dove si gioca la <strong>felicit\u00e0<\/strong>, si soffre di meno per le cose che non contano, ma prima sembravano il contrario.
